Share the product, pack, target output and available footprint. Representative samples and a clear format list help the team assess the right line route.

Automatic packaging line enquiry form
Complete as much as you can. Missing details can be developed during the first technical discussion.
A first enquiry when the final specification is still open
You can begin with a production problem rather than a finished machinery list. Explain what currently limits output: hand filling, cap presentation, label application, repeated stops or packing finished units. Include the approximate frequency of the problem and how it is managed today. If the desired production rate is an estimate, say how it was calculated.
Attach or describe a simple pack table with one row per product format. Keep the filled container, closure and label together so that a line concept is assessed as a complete pack. If existing equipment will remain, provide its model, conveyor direction and available interface information. Do not send confidential formulations through the initial enquiry form.
- Useful layout detail
- A marked photograph or measured sketch can identify the proposed start and finish points, fixed obstacles and areas that must remain accessible.
- Commercial priority
- Explain whether the immediate objective is capacity, consistency, reduced handling or a new product launch. Rank competing objectives rather than assuming one design optimises all of them.
What if the launch date or pack design is undecided?
Identify it as an open decision and give the expected decision date. This allows provisional assumptions to remain visible during the review.
