Can pumps and trigger sprays be applied automatically?

They can be, although dip tubes and irregular shapes make feeding and placement more complex. Output and format variety determine the practical level of automation.

Can a line fill both lotions and gels?

Potentially. The viscosity range, temperature sensitivity, cleaning and required accuracy should be tested before one filling route is confirmed.

How are decorative bottles protected?

Conveyor surfaces, guides, transfers, accumulation pressure and handling tools are selected to reduce avoidable marking while maintaining control.

Can label orientation be controlled?

Yes, where the container offers a detectable feature or can be mechanically oriented. The required reference and tolerance should be defined.
